In order to satisfy the expectations of ReservIT customers, Interface Technologies have a data exchange platform, known as EXPLIT, interfaced with ReservIT, enabling the completely transparent management of electronic communication for the hotels of the chain or the group, without each hotel having to input a mass of vacancy details.
EXPLIT makes available for distributors (Internet sites or tourism professionals) establishments selected according to the conditions agreed between the chain or the group by means of ReservIT and the distributors.

The producer creates a partner, just like a normal industry customer; as soon as the partner has been created, Interface Technologies provides a URL address enabling the distributor to access the reservation engine, the presentation details and the reservation operation for the selected hotels and the rates and/or commissions agreed by the chain or the group and the distributor.
Each distributor has secure configured access enabling continuous monitoring of the level of reservations and the commissions due. The commissions are paid directly by the chain to the distributor. The commissions can be calculated on the basis of a percentage of the reservation cost (including options or not) or on the basis of a fixed amount per reservation.
Interface Technologies acts as a confidential third party between the 2 parties and confirms the commissions payable.
Each distributor can access a reservation tally at any time.

For those distributors wishing to integrate the hotels of the chain or group directly into their own systems, Interface Technologies offers the possibility of interfacing with EXPLIT via the application XML server developed according to the O.T.A. defined communication standard.
O.T.A. (Open Travel Alliance - www.opentravel.org) is a not-for-profit organisation set up by the major airlines, hotel chains, car hire companies, tour operators, travel agencies, GDS, the suppliers of technological solutions and other tourist industry operators, to establish and develop a common communication standard within the travel industry.
If the distributor wishes to interface via the XML server, Interface Technologies provides assistance in implementing the interface to enable the feedback of the necessary information directly to its system.
There are no differences in terms of the operation for the chain or group compared to an Internet affiliation programme.
EXPLIT XML is already interfaced with major distribution platforms that allow, for the hotels using ReservIT, the transparent generation of a large number of reservations.
