ReservIT selected by Charme & Relax, the largest independant chain in Italy
Charme & Relax chose Interface Technologies (IT), editor of the ReservIT solution, for the implementation of its online distribution strategy. ReservIT crs will allow Charme & Relax’s website users to access and book in real time the hotels’ offers. ReservIT crs is a reference solution on the French market, where the system is used by a very large number of actors in the hospitality industry.
An online strategy has become a key hotel management focus and Charme & Relax distinguish itself, choosing a versatile, widely used solution on the European market.
With ReservIT crs, Charme & Relax is able to meet every specific expectations of its hotel members: not only those hotels will be made available for online reservation through Charme & Relax’s web portal but each one of them will also be allowed to place a reservation button on its own website. This is the principle of the White Label: a single management interface, the chain’s ReservIT Extranet, for two main distribution channels.
