The it-solutions place a technological hotel reservation platform in the centre of the market place.

1-Internet Distributors (GDS, IDS/ADS, Institutions…) :

With more than 120,000 hotels connected and with its experience in interface communication (reflected in the company’s name), Interface Technologies has implemented an XML Internet exchange platform, ExplIT, interfaced with the main market players. ExplIT enables the connection of any distributor according to the international communication standard « OpenTravel Alliance ». Each distributor with an interface is managed like all the partners with a defined direct access in the system.

2-Client Pro access :

Each defined partner in the system can have a secured access which enables the search of properties, their presentation and reservation according to specific conditions via a simple and efficient process. A system of bonus points enables the proposal of an incentive scheme.

3-Call-Center :

ReservIT crs integrates a reservation module for the reservation agents of a call-center. Simple and ergonomic, it enables the management of individual reservations from the general public or the trade. A group reservation module is also available.

4-Website :

A privileged distribution channel in which ReservIT crs offers many functionalities enabling the set up of a particular sales offer and its efficient reservation and presentation. The solution ReservIT crs offers in particular the management of the description content of the property, special offers, creation of products and many sales promotion possibilities. ReservIT crs can be integrated to the group’s website via the web services or via html pages generated by the application or completely integrated to the website; the application manages a full search engine, the integration of dynamic maps and description of the properties…

5-Affiliated websites :

It is also possible to generate specific url addresses with free access which allows defined partners in the system to offer reservations on their own website. The tool offers the possibility to customize the generated pages to look as near as possible like the affiliated website.

6-Back office access :

All the platform users, administrators, reservation agents, hotels access the system via a simple internet browser. A personal code gives access to functionalities corresponding to the rights defined by the administrator for each user.

7-The hotel’s PMS :

Interface Technologies has implemented LinkIT pms to enable a direct two-way communication between the hotel’s PMS and the it-solutions.
For extra distribution opportunities for groups equipped with external CRS, IT has developed LinkIT crs.
