The it-solutions enable automatic communication from the property’s management software to clients and to distribution players.

1-Internet Distributors (GDS, IDS/ADS, Institutions…) :

With its experience in communication interfaces (reflected in the company’s name), Interface Technologies has implemented an XML exchange platform, ExplIT, interfaced with the main players on the market. ExplIT enables the control and the optimization of the access to the room stocks of all connected distributors from just one tool. Thanks to the important number of user hotels of the it-solutions, the interfaces are implemented in strict collaboration with the distributors using international standards and reliable protocols .

2-Hotel Chains :

ReservIT hotel enables the supplying of the central reservation system (CRS) which Interface Technologies provides with many voluntary hotel chains in France and abroad (Fédération Internationale des Logis, Châteaux & Hôtels Collection, Citotel…) ; equipped this way, the member establishments only have to manage one planning.

3-The property’s website :

The virtual hotel reception: here the client finds the most information, photos, amenities, services, the best rates… The ReservIT hotel solution allows the configuration of a totally customized reservation engine where each establishment can input as they like the room configuration, the amenities offered (optional extras, restaurant, golf, spa…). Linked to a good quality website ReservIT hotel transforms visitors of the properties’ website into clients.

4-Hotel’s PMS :

This is the day-to-day hotel management software. Interface Technologies has implemented LinkIT pms for communication between the PMS and the it-solutions. The hotel defines in its PMS the rooms which it wishes to sell via the it-solutions. When the reservation is made on the website, it goes directly to the PMS. If the number of available rooms left makes it necessary, the reservations made directly by the hotel will automatically reduce the stock to sell on the website. LinkIT pms enables each establishment to integrate selling on line in its daily work process without adding more work and with a more efficient promotion for online sales.

5-Hotel Access :

The control of all the hotel it-solutions is made from a secured access to extranet via a simple internet connection: no specific installing of software is necessary. Simple and ergonomic screens enable the management of all the information. The set up is made with each establishment during the initial training. In reply to questions and to optimize performance, a specialized support IT team, dedicated to independent hotel companies, accompanies each establishment.
