Before getting involved in the marketing of hotels, Interface Technologies worked on the creation of interfaces between reservation systems for Tour Operators. This experience is based on a key underlying principle: the Tour Operators sell high volumes at low margins. The reliability of the reservation system is not simply a matter of profitability but one of survival! This principle is central to our business model as we believe that the service provided to hotel operators must be at least equivalent to that provided to the major players in the sector. At the same time, all of our systems allow for the creation of upstream and downstream communication interfaces with external systems, for the automated processing of reservations.
