All of the interfaces used with the PMS are "two-way" interfaces (upstream and downstream).
Each compatible software system is the subject of a strict certification and scoring system. The details of the information exchanged are as follows:
Data generated by the PMS to IT:
- Creation of categories and types of bedrooms
- Updates to the prices of bedrooms and products
- Updates to the stocks of available bedrooms and products
- Managing options and additional services
- Cancellation of reservations
- Modifications to reservations
Data generated by IT to the PMS:
- Reservation: creation
- Reservation: cancellation
- Reservation: modification
